In this video you can learn how to download a copy of all your data relating to photos, videos, messages in your Instagram account.
First we need to open the Instagram app and next click profile icon and next click the three horizontal lined hamburger icon.
And next we need to click the settings tab in the bottom.
Next, we need to click securities tab and again we need to click the download data tab in security settings page.
Here, we need to again reconfirm our password, next enter valid email id to get download link in the email
Once we finish that, a email with the download link to all the data will be sent to our email
